Yes, absolutely! My classes are suitable for all levels and I can talk you through adjustments. My beginners course is a great way to get started as I talk you through all the basics and core principles.
It simply doesn’t matter how flexible you are. Yoga may look like a lot of fancy poses, but the entire practice is actually aimed at uniting your mind, body and spirit. The focus is largely around managing your mind and breathwork as well as how your body feels. Flexibility will also greatly improve with regular practice. Every body has an entirely unique anatomical make up, there are many poses I’ll just never achieve! But you may surprise yourself with ones you can do…

Yes, but consult your doctor first, and inform me if you have any concerns. Many poses can be modified or avoided as needed.
Yes! I was practicing yoga throughout my entire pregnancy. However if you’re new to yoga and in your second or third trimester please let me know as I can adjust positions for you. By the third trimester there are many positions to avoid which I can guide you through. But yoga is a wonderful way to gently add movement into your pregnancy, ir provided me with a great deal of relief!
