WORKPLACE YOGA

With my work also as a presenter, I recently hosted a talk at the South X South West Festival in London, with none other than one of the UKS’ leading health & fitness experts, Joe Wicks aka The Bodycoach.

Our discussion was focussed on the importance of movement in the workplace and how companies can see a massive difference in employee productivity and job satisfaction by incorporating movement into their day. Whether that simply be a walk at lunch time, a short workout, or of course, yoga!
